Puppy Purchase contract

Sales Contract

This agreement is between His and Hers Poodles and Doodles (Seller) and

_______________________________________________ (Buyer)
It is agreed between Seller and Buyer as follows:

Seller will provide vet checked puppies that are up to date on all vaccinations at time of transfer. Puppies will stay with the seller until at least 8 weeks of age, until it can be weaned from the mother. All puppies will be registered with either the AKC or CKC depending on the breed you purchase. 

You agree to provide the puppy with regular veterinarian care, including vaccines and wormings due at your vet’s recommendations. All expenses incurred after the puppy leaves our premises are strictly the responsibility of the buyer.

Seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, landlord disapprovals, allergies to animals, or any other reason not stated. You also agree to never place this puppy into a shelter for unwanted animals but will guarantee this puppy will be placed into a loving home if a situation arises where you will be unable to care for it. If a suitable home can’t be found, you agree to contact us and discuss the situation to find the best solution for the puppy.

All miniature poodle puppies will come with AKC registration and paperwork. Aussiedoodle puppies are a mixed breed therefore cannot be registered with a  purebred kennel club such as AKC, but will be registered with CKC registration which accepts mixed breeds. Our puppies are sold as pets only, unless breeding rights are purchased at an additional $500. To receive our pet pricing you agree to spay or neuter the puppy between 6-12 months of age and submit written proof.

***We reserve the right to refuse any puppy that may be reserved, at any time, for any reason. All monies will be refunded in this situation.

Full and Final Agreement
The parties agree that this writing represents the entire Agreement between them and that no other representations, either oral or written, have been made regarding the dog described above. The parties further agree that no changes in this contract shall be binding upon either of them without written modifications signed by both parties.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina.
